Shule App stores account details, optional learning preferences, private AI conversations, quiz answers, progress, subscriptions and support tickets to provide services. AI questions and lesson context may be sent to the configured external AI provider. Do not share passwords, financial PINs or highly sensitive information in chat. Administrators are restricted from reading private conversations through View As. Data is retained as required for legitimate learning, operations and legal obligations. Contact the administrator through the support form for access or deletion requests. This operational summary should be reviewed by a Tanzania-qualified privacy professional before production launch.
